GiftMyWay.com is a website (the “GiftMyWay.com Site”; the GiftMyWay.com Site, together with all other websites operated by GiftMyWay, LLC around the world herein collectively referred to as the “GiftMyWay Sites” or “Sites”) operated by GiftMyWay, LLC (“GiftMyWay” or the “Company”) that sells paper products including greeting cards, postcards, invitations, and announcements on-line, together with digital audio and other media content (collectively, the “GiftMyWay Content”), stored-valued gift cards, and other select merchandise, services and products through the GiftMyWay.com Site. Additionally, GiftMyWay.com offers various services relating to the printing, purchase and mailing of the above-described items (collectively, the “GiftMyWay.com Service”; the GiftMyWay.com Service, together with all other services offered by the Sites, herein collectively referred to as the “Services”).

Information Collection and Use by GiftMyWay
GiftMyWay collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and age to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the Services. GiftMyWay also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.

What information we collect and how we may use it:
There are a number of situations in which your personal information may help us give you better products. For example:

This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
We may also use a user’s email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the Services. Users may choose not to receive email of this type by changing their “notification” setting to “Do not send me notification emails” in the user “Account Settings.”
From time to time, GiftMyWay or a partner, may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on the Sites. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. GiftMyWay.com contains links to other sites. GiftMyWay is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on the GiftMyWay Sites.

Chat Rooms, Journals and WebLogs, Message Boards, Classifieds and Public Forums
If you use a bulletin board, journal, weblog, message board, classified advertisement space, chat room or other public forum on a GiftMyWay Site you should be aware that any information you share is visible to other users. Personally identifiable information you submit to one of these forums can be read, collected, or used by other individuals to send you unsolicited messages. GiftMyWay is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. For example, if you choose to make information, which was previously non-public, available by enabling certain user features, GiftMyWay will collect that information from your interaction and the information will become publicly available.

Correcting/Updating or Removing Information
Users of the GiftMyWay Sites may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing features such as Edit Profile and Account Info.

Third Party Advertising
Ads appearing on the Sites may be delivered to users by GiftMyWay or one of our Web advertising partners. Our Web advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. Security
User accounts on the GiftMyWay Sites are secured by member-created passwords. GiftMyWay takes precautions to insure that user account information is kept private. Sharing and Disclosure of Information GiftMyWay Collects

Changes in Our Privacy Policy
From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes, we will post them on our Sites to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A user is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the Sites after those changes have been posted.
